March 25, 2008

The Nevada Appeal reported that a Nevada man’s preliminary hearing continued this week after he was accused of causing a Nevada auto accident while intoxicated.

The driver has several charges against him in the fatal auto accident.

The driver caused a Nevada auto accident in November when he struck a man and his girlfriend in an intersection, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

One victim was hospitalized for more than a month while he recovered from injuries from the Nevada truck accident, including a closed-head injury.

The driver was arrested after blood results from the car accident became available and was released on bail.
