A 7-year-old is dead after a Las Vegas motorcycle accident.

A 31-year-old Las Vegas father was carrying a 7-year-old and an 8-year-old on the bike when the accident took place, according to KTVN.com.

The motorcycle was traveling down Dawn View Lane when a car at the curb driven by a 19-year-old woman made a U-turn in front of them. The report says the motorcycle wasn’t able to stop and ran into the car.

Las Vegas police officers say charges will be filed against both the motorcyclist and the other driver.
