Regulations suppress clinics after Las Vegas medical malpractice

The Las Vegas Sun reported that some clinics accused of Las Vegas medical malpractice could cause some regulations to change.

Because of poor injection techniques during sedations procedures, many patients of these clinics may have been exposed to blood-borne diseases and been a victim of Nevada medical malpractice.

The state health division believes that these clinics and physicians involved in the Las Vegas medical malpractice could be forced to pay as much as $2,000-$3,000 in annual fees if they want to continue performing the same sedation procedures.

Some doctors would rather cease performing those techniques than pay the fines.
