Alternative medicine physician facing Nevada medical malpractice conviction

A man was caught twice trying to sell illegal human growth hormones to undercover agents without doing any tests or making a proper diagnosis. He faces five years in prison if the jury convicts him of Nevada medical malpractice for distributing the hormone for anti-aging, which is an unapproved purpose.
